Eating Raw

This is our veggie plate, with a miso based dip.
We've started keeping one of these by the computer so we can get some raw veggies while we blog. It is so important to eat a lot of your vegetables raw, because when we cook the vegetables we loose enzymes that aid digestion and absorption of vitamins.

The miso dip also contains: red chili paste, green onions, crushed garlic, vinegar, honey, flax, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds.
