How to make Crepes






 1/4 cup Magic 21 Grain Pancake Powder



We just read that two tablespoons of Flax seed has 146 percent of our daily value * of Omega 3. so we decided to put 4 tablespoons of flax seed meal in to the Crepe Batter at this point of the recipe. We'll both get our Omega 3's with our crepes abd iu also makes the crepes taste nuttier . . . the Nuttier the Batter!    he he




           Anyway. . .
Add a Pinch of Salt
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 or 6 Eggs and a 1/4 Cup of Milk
Mix
Ladle in some batter and swirl to coat the pan.
When the edges peel away a use a fork to get the spatula started
Dish it up and start another
Enjoy with Real Maple Syrup and a little butter.

They turned out great! Angelina, her mom and I all thought they were super-tasty. I just need to work on my thin-crepe finesse.
